Home to the creative arts for more than 100 years, Ulster County is the center for arts and culture in the Hudson Valley. Highlights include the renowned Opus 40 sculpture park and museum in Saugerties to the world-class Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art in New Paltz.

Music has a storied and popular history, from Levon Helm’s Midnight Rambles to the current live performances at the Colony and Bearsville Theater.
